Si c&rsquo;est chose faite dans le film de Ridley Scott, sorti aux \u00c9tats-Unis la semaine derni\u00e8re, la NASA pr\u00e9f\u00e8re une approche r\u00e9aliste et pr\u00e9vient que \u00e7a prendra du temps, mais compte bien y parvenir: l&rsquo;Agence spatiale am\u00e9ricaine vient de publier sa strat\u00e9gie pour l&rsquo;exploration de la Plan\u00e8te rouge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un \u00abobjectif r\u00e9alisable\u00bb, mais peut-\u00eatre pas avant les ann\u00e9es 2030<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/atoms\/files\/journey-to-mars-next-steps-20151008_508.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">le document de 36 pages [PDF]<\/a>, la NASA souligne les nombreux obstacles qui restent \u00e0 franchir avant que l&rsquo;homme ne puisse poser le pied sur le sol martien. Tout en soulignant qu&rsquo;il est possible de \u00abr\u00e9soudre\u00bb ces difficult\u00e9s, l&rsquo;Agence n&rsquo;avance aucune date pr\u00e9cise, ni de co\u00fbts pour une premi\u00e8re mission habit\u00e9e sur Mars. La plus lourde charge que la NASA a fait atterrir sur le sol martien est le robot Curiosity dont la masse est d&rsquo;une tonne. Il faudra aussi un habitat et un v\u00e9hicule capable de d\u00e9coller du sol martien. \u00abSurmonter tous ces d\u00e9fis sera essentiel pour pouvoir effectuer un voyage sur Mars\u00bb, explique le rapport qui voit une strat\u00e9gie en trois phases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9lus et experts gardent les pieds sur Terre<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des experts ind\u00e9pendants et des \u00e9lus du Congr\u00e8s n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9s par ce document de la NASA. Lamar Smith, le pr\u00e9sident r\u00e9publicain de la commission de la science et de l&rsquo;espace de la Chambre des repr\u00e9sentants a regrett\u00e9 que \u00abce plan ne contienne pas de budget, ni calendrier ou date\u00bb.
