Une augmentation similaire du flux du rayonnement solaire comme dans le vingti\u00e8me\u00a0si\u00e8cle n&rsquo;avait \u200b\u200bpas \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e depuis plus de 700 ans. Toutefois, son effet \u00a0sur \u00ab\u00a0le r\u00e9chauffement plan\u00e9taire\u00a0\u00bb ne constitue pas une anomalie, mais un \u00e9v\u00e9nement r\u00e9gulier et naturel de la Terre. Le climat de la Terre a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 changeant et cyclique et notre plan\u00e8te a d\u00e9j\u00e0 connu plusieurs r\u00e9chauffements globaux semblable \u00e0 celui que nous observons. Les r\u00e9chauffements globaux ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 suivis par des refroidissements\u00a0profonds et r\u00e9guliers tous les \u00a02 si\u00e8cles.\u00a0Le r\u00e9chauffement global observ\u00e9 entre le sixi\u00e8me et le huiti\u00e8me si\u00e8cle r\u00e9sultant d&rsquo;une augmentation \u00e0 long terme de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 des t\u00e2ches solaires et de l&rsquo;irradiance, est appel\u00e9 \u00abun petit optimum climatique\u00bb. Celui ci est similaire au r\u00e9chauffement mondial observ\u00e9 actuellement, ces derniers ont caus\u00e9 de graves changements climatiques.\u00a0Les vignes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cultiv\u00e9es au Moyen-\u00e2ge en Ecosse, le Groenland a justifi\u00e9 son nom et a \u00e9t\u00e9 habit\u00e9e par les Normands \u00e0 la fin du dixi\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. L&rsquo;Europe a connu une croissance \u00e9conomique qui a donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 la Renaissance, l&rsquo;Asie Centrale a travers\u00e9 la meilleure p\u00e9riode de son histoire. La derni\u00e8re diminution globale de la temp\u00e9rature (la phase la plus froide du petit \u00e2ge glaciaire) a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e non seulement en Europe, en Am\u00e9rique du Nord et au Groenland, mais aussi partout ailleurs autour du globe, pendant le minimum de Maunder avec la faible activit\u00e9 des t\u00e2ches solaires et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de l&rsquo;irradiance\u00a0solaire total des ann\u00e9es 1645-1715 ans, tous les canaux des Pays-Bas ont gel\u00e9s, les glaciers ont connu une \u00e9norme croissance au Groenland et les vikings ont \u00e9t\u00e9 forc\u00e9s de quitter leurs villages habit\u00e9s depuis plusieurs si\u00e8cles. La Tamise \u00e0 Londres et la Seine \u00e0 Paris furent gel\u00e9es chaque ann\u00e9e. La p\u00e9riode r\u00e9guli\u00e8re d&rsquo;un refroidissement climatique d\u00fb au minimum solaire dure environ 45 \u00e0 65 ans.
