Joseph D\u2019Aleo d&rsquo;ICECAP a expliqu\u00e9 dans un article r\u00e9cent comment les volcans ont contribu\u00e9 aux variations d\u00e9cennales des temp\u00e9ratures du 19ieme si\u00e8cle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ainsi, nous devrions porter une attention particuli\u00e8re a l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 volcanique. Cependant les autorit\u00e9s ne s&rsquo;attendaient pas a une \u00e9ruption majeure, mais le niveau d&rsquo;alerte\u00a0\u00e9tait \u00e9lev\u00e9. Serait ce un signe d&rsquo;un retour \u00e0 une p\u00e9riode volcanique plus intense et \u00e0 un refroidissement climatique ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A voir l&rsquo;indice suivant, cela semble \u00e9galement li\u00e9 au Petit Age Glaciaire et aux p\u00e9riodes appel\u00e9es Maunder et Dalton du XVIIeme et XIXeme si\u00e8cle.
