Et pourtant cet indice est bien le marqueur qui nous a apport\u00e9 un mois de d\u00e9cembre 2010 tr\u00e8s froid et neigeux, et c&rsquo;est le m\u00eame ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui nous a apport\u00e9 ce mois de juillet froid. Mais qui est il et d&rsquo;o\u00f9 vient il cet \u00e9trange ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne ?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lorsque l&rsquo;oscillation arctique se trouve dans sa phase positive, une plus grande diff\u00e9rence de pression entre 20N et le P\u00f4le, une basse pression pr\u00e9domine dans l&rsquo;Arctique et une haute pression dans les latitudes temp\u00e9r\u00e9es de la plan\u00e8te. Lorsqu&rsquo;elle est n\u00e9gative les syst\u00e8mes s&rsquo;inversent. Il faut habituellement de quelques jours \u00e0 plusieurs mois pour que les situations s&rsquo;inversent ainsi et c&rsquo;est ce que l&rsquo;on nomme l&rsquo;oscillation1. Ce sch\u00e9ma de la situation en surface est intiment li\u00e9 \u00e0 la situation dans la haute troposph\u00e8re et la stratosph\u00e8re. La stratosph\u00e8re tend \u00e0 se refroidir durant la phase positive, et inversement durant la phase n\u00e9gative. Cette variation est reli\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 et la position moyenne des d\u00e9pressions et anticyclones entree l&rsquo;Arctique et les latitudes de 37 \u00e0 45 nord. La pression atmosph\u00e9rique plus importante au p\u00f4le nord diminue la force du vent d&rsquo;Ouest.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Actuellement que se passe t-il ? L&rsquo;AO est n\u00e9gative est influe donc sur des descentes froides des hautes latitudes. Depuis janvier 2009, on constate des oscillations n\u00e9gatives tr\u00e8s basses et ceci est arriv\u00e9 3 fois en l&rsquo;espace de 3 ans. Janvier 2009, d\u00e9cembre 2010 et juillet 2011, les records ont \u00e9t\u00e9 battus depuis plus de 60 ans. Les raisons sont mal connues mais nous sommes actuellement dans une phase solaire tr\u00e8s basse qui a du mal \u00e0 atteindre son maximum. Il n&rsquo;est pas impossible qu&rsquo;il y ait une cause \u00e0 effet solaire.
