\/><\/p>\n<p>La source principale de chaleur des oc\u00e9ans est le rayonnement solaire.<br \/>\n\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9quateur, les rayons du Soleil arrivent presque \u00e0 la verticale \u2192 forte \u00e9nergie \u2192 eaux chaudes (souvent &gt; 25\u00b0C).<br \/>\nVers les p\u00f4les, les rayons sont plus inclin\u00e9s \u2192 moins d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u2192 eaux froides.<br \/>\n&#8211; C\u2019est pour cela qu\u2019il existe un gradient thermique global : chaud aux tropiques, froid aux p\u00f4les.<\/p>\n<p>Mais ce n\u2019est pas tout :<br \/>\nLa dur\u00e9e d\u2019ensoleillement (saisons) joue aussi.<br \/>\nLa couverture nuageuse peut limiter le r\u00e9chauffement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Exemple concret :<br \/>\nL\u2019Europe de l\u2019Ouest est plus douce que le Canada \u00e0 la m\u00eame latitude gr\u00e2ce au Gulf Stream.<br \/>\nIl existe aussi une circulation profonde appel\u00e9e<br \/>\n&#8211;
