Utilis\u00e9 depuis longtemps en phytoth\u00e9rapie, ce champignon est d\u00e9sormais associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anticanc\u00e9reuses gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une mol\u00e9cule de sucre sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p>\n<p>Des chercheurs de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 nationale de Taiwan et de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 nationale Yang Ming Chiao Tung de Taiwan ont d\u00e9couvert le lien en se concentrant sur un groupe de compos\u00e9s produits par le champignon appel\u00e9s polysaccharides sulfat\u00e9s (SPS).<\/p>\n<p>Le SPS est un type de mol\u00e9cule de sucre connue sous le nom de galactoglucane sulfat\u00e9, qui combine des compos\u00e9s de glucose , de galactose et de sulfate en une seule mol\u00e9cule.<\/p>\n<p>Il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le champignon et cette classe de mol\u00e9cules avaient des effets anticanc\u00e9reux et anti-inflammatoires, mais les m\u00e9canismes exacts ne sont pas encore enti\u00e8rement compris.<\/p>\n<p>A. cinnamomea peut \u00eatre cultiv\u00e9 en laboratoire, ce qui rend inutile sa collecte sur le terrain. Cependant, pour d\u00e9terminer si les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s bioactives d&rsquo;A. cinnamomea r\u00e9sultaient de ce seul groupe de sucres, les chercheurs ont d\u00fb d\u00e9velopper une technologie permettant d&rsquo;inciter le champignon \u00e0 produire des mol\u00e9cules SPS en plus grande quantit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Un type de compos\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9 : le N50 F2.
