Ainsi, les propulseurs embarqu\u00e9s utilis\u00e9s pour maintenir le JSWT \u00e0 poste et dans la bonne direction peuvent continuer \u00e0 fonctionner pendant plus de 10 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 la plupart des vaisseaux spatiaux, le JSWT n&rsquo;est pas en orbite autour de la Terre, du Soleil ou d&rsquo;un autre corps c\u00e9leste. Cela permet au bouclier solaire de toujours prot\u00e9ger le t\u00e9lescope des radiations qui pourraient interf\u00e9rer avec les instruments et de maintenir le t\u00e9lescope \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures cryog\u00e9niques.
