Partout dans le monde, des patients vivent dans l\u2019attente d\u2019une transplantation de c\u0153ur, de rein ou de poumon. Le nombre de donneurs syst\u00e9matiquement inf\u00e9rieur et les param\u00e8tres de compatibilit\u00e9 compliquent encore et toujours les choses. Face \u00e0 la cruaut\u00e9 de cette situation, des chercheurs s\u2019\u00e9vertuent \u00e0 trouver des solutions. Parmi celles-ci, l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019enti\u00e8rement imprimer des organes en 3D s\u00e9duit de plus en plus.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s lors, si l\u2019on parvenait \u00e0 imprimer et \u00e0 greffer ces parties r\u00e9put\u00e9es comme les plus complexes de notre organisme, faire de m\u00eame avec le reste du corps sera sans doute du g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n<p>Imprimer la vie. Au demeurant, le principe de la bio-impression n\u2019est pas diff\u00e9rent de celui d\u2019imprimer un objet classique en 3D : une forme est d\u2019abord dessin\u00e9e par ordinateur et une fois le fichier transmis \u00e0 l\u2019imprimante, celle-ci la r\u00e9alise \u00e0 partir d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau qui remplace l\u2019encre, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du plastique.
