A l&rsquo;heure o\u00f9 cet article est \u00e9dit\u00e9, les temp\u00e9ratures restent tr\u00e8s basses pour la saison.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ces chutes de neige se sont produites surtout dans les provinces montagneuses de Lao Cai et Ha Giang, o\u00f9 il y avait plusieurs centim\u00e8tres d&rsquo;accumulation ce qui a provoqu\u00e9 de grosses difficult\u00e9s sur les routes. ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9truits par la neige abondante ces jours-ci.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Les chutes de neige ont attir\u00e9 des touristes de Sa Pa, provoquant des embouteillages dans la station baln\u00e9aire de Lao Cai.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Selon le Centre m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique de Lao Cai, une autre vague de froid est attendue dans les prochains jours.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ces chutes de neige dans ces r\u00e9gions du Nord du Vietnam sont
