Mais il s\u2019agit bel et bien d\u2019un projet r\u00e9aliste. L\u2019id\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 conceptualis\u00e9e par la firme japonaise de construction Shimizu Corporation. Simpliste en apparence, l\u2019initiative, baptis\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Luna Ring\u00a0\u00bb, propose d\u2019\u00e9quiper notre satellite naturel d\u2019une armada de panneaux solaires afin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00e9nergie du soleil.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">   <br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Concr\u00e8tement, il s\u2019agirait de construire le long de l\u2019\u00e9quateur lunaire (qui mesure 11.000 km de long), une bande de 400 kilom\u00e8tres de large compos\u00e9e d\u2019une multitude de cellules solaires. L\u2019\u00e9nergie capt\u00e9e serait ensuite redirig\u00e9e vers la Terre sous la forme de micro-ondes converties par la suite en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 au sein de stations terrestres. Selon Shimizu Corporation, le \u00ab\u00a0Luna Ring\u00a0\u00bb pourrait transmettre pr\u00e8s de 13.000 T\u00e9rawatts par heure d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sur Terre. Les mat\u00e9riaux de construction seront directement extraits sur la Lune et transform\u00e9s au sein d\u2019usines de fabrication lunaires. Les t\u00e2ches seront men\u00e9es dans la mesure du possible par des robots.
