Des nanorobots ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 r\u00e9tr\u00e9cir et m\u00eame \u00e0 d\u00e9truire des tumeurs canc\u00e9reuses chez des souris\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Des chercheurs am\u00e9ricains et chinois ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un nanorobot qui est en mesure de couper le syst\u00e8me d\u2019oxyg\u00e9nation d\u2019une tumeur et donc d\u2019en r\u00e9tr\u00e9cir sa taille. Leur \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e lundi 12 f\u00e9vrier 2018 dans la revue Nature Biotechnology.<\/p>\n<p>Le nanorobot bloque l\u2019alimentation de la cellule<br \/>\n\u00ab Ce dispositif prend la forme d\u2019un \u00e9cran de 90 nanom\u00e8tres de long par 60 nanom\u00e8tres de large \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un capteur sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 sa surface capable de reconna\u00eetre la cellule canc\u00e9reuse \u00bb, ont d\u00e9taill\u00e9 les chercheurs de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie chinoise des sciences et de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00c9tat de l\u2019Arizona.<\/p>\n<p>En lib\u00e9rant une enzyme nomm\u00e9e thrombine au niveau de l\u2019ADN tumoral, le nanorobot bloque l\u2019alimentation de la cellule canc\u00e9reuse.<\/p>\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res observations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur des souris auxquelles les chercheurs ont inject\u00e9 des cellules humaines responsables d\u2019une tumeur du sein, des ovaires, des poumons ou de la peau. \u00ab L\u2019activit\u00e9 de ce nanorobot a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e dans les 24 heures suivant son administration \u00bb, expliquent-ils.
