Bienvenue dans un monde de viande de b\u00e9tail en laboratoire.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">   <br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">C\u2019est une premi\u00e8re mondiale qui va \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e lundi 5 ao\u00fbt au cours d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse : un burger enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de cellules d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es en laboratoire. C\u2019est le professeur n\u00e9erlandais Mark Post, de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Maastricht au Pays-Bas, qui est \u00e0 l\u2019origine des recherches. Dans son laboratoire, il a cultiv\u00e9 les cellules musculaires d\u2019une vache \u00e0 l\u2019aide de nutriments et de r\u00e9actions chimiques jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir des bandes de muscle congel\u00e9es qu\u2019il a agr\u00e9g\u00e9es pour former un steak.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Il lui a fallu six semaines pour confectionner un burger de 142 grammes compos\u00e9 de plusieurs milliers de minuscules tranches de viandes. Pour cr\u00e9er de plus grosses pi\u00e8ces, il aurait fallu mettre en place\u00a0 des syst\u00e8mes circulatoires artificiels pour distribuer les nutriments et l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne n\u00e9cessaires aux cellules musculaires. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience a d\u00e9j\u00e0 co\u00fbt\u00e9 quelques 290 000 euros, financ\u00e9s par un homme d\u2019affaire, dont l\u2019identit\u00e9 est pour l\u2019heure rest\u00e9e secr\u00e8te.<span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Les go\u00fbts et les couleurs<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Les scientifiques ont essay\u00e9 de rendre cette viande in vitro aussi authentique que possible. \u00c0 l\u2019origine de couleur blanche, la p\u00e2te obtenue est color\u00e9e en rouge avec du jus de betterave. La fabrication de viande en laboratoire permettra de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre r\u00e9sultant de l&rsquo;\u00e9levage, note le scientifique.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Selon les chercheurs qui ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le produit, cette technologie pourrait constituer une mani\u00e8re durable de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande croissante en viande de nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s.
