Cependant, le mod\u00e8le le plus clair des anomalies de temp\u00e9ratures ne se trouve pas au cours du maximum ou minimum solaire, mais au cours de la phase du d\u00e9clin, lorsque le motif de temp\u00e9rature ressemble \u00e9troitement \u00e0 la tendance observ\u00e9e au cours de la NAO positive. L&rsquo;activit\u00e9 des taches solaires montre l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du grand maximum moderne au cours du XXe si\u00e8cle, avec le pic du&nbsp;cycle 19. Le cycle 24 semble rester le cycle le plus faible depuis le cycle 14. L&rsquo;indice aa est renforc\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on spectaculaire \u00e0 partir des ann\u00e9es 1900 aux ann\u00e9es 1990. Le derni\u00e8r minimum repr\u00e9sente une diminution notable, m\u00eame pour l&rsquo;&nbsp;index aa. Il est \u00e9galement int\u00e9ressant de noter que la corr\u00e9lation de l&rsquo; index <em>aa<\/em>&nbsp;avec les taches solaires s&rsquo;affaiblit au cours de la seconde moiti\u00e9 du XXe si\u00e8cle avec les s<em>ommets de l&rsquo;indice aa<\/em> passant ensuite dans&nbsp;la phase de d\u00e9clin [<em>Echer et al. <\/em>, 2004 ; <em>Georgieva et al. <\/em>, 2006 ].&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La similitude dans les motifs repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sur les figures\u2009 suivantes&nbsp;sugg\u00e8re que le NAO positif se produit plus fr\u00e9quemment au cours de la phase de d\u00e9clin que dans les autres phases du cycle solaire. En d\u00e9finissant une fonction de phase du cycle solaire en termes de taches officielles maximales et dans le minimum, nous avons montr\u00e9 que la phase de d\u00e9clin du cycle de taches solaires se produit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et remarquablement dans la r\u00e9partition spatiale des anomalies de temp\u00e9ratures de surface li\u00e9es \u00e0 la NAO positive au cours des 13 derniers cycles solaires. Nous avons \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 que la similitude entre les temp\u00e9ratures de surface dans la phase de d\u00e9clin et au cours de la NAO positive ne d\u00e9pend pas du niveau d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 des taches solaires dans l&rsquo;ensemble mais reste essentiellement la m\u00eame au cours de deux &nbsp;cycles faibles solaires au tournant du XIXe \/ XXe si\u00e8cle et pendant les cycles solaires actifs dans la seconde moiti\u00e9 du XXe si\u00e8cle. Nous avons constat\u00e9 que la phase et la phase ascendante maximale du cycle ont, en moyenne, un indice NAO n\u00e9gatif pendant&nbsp;l&rsquo;hiver.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"goog-text-highlight\">Certaines \u00e9tudes ant\u00e9rieures ont montr\u00e9 que l&rsquo;indice NAO est en <\/span><span class=\"goog-text-highlight\">corr\u00e9lation positive avec ces param\u00e8tres et l&rsquo;<\/span><span class=\"goog-text-highlight\">activit\u00e9 g\u00e9omagn\u00e9tique pendant l&rsquo;<\/span><span class=\"goog-text-highlight\">hiver.&nbsp;Nos r\u00e9sultats ne montrent pas une r\u00e9ponse NAO significative du maximum solaire.&nbsp;&nbsp;Les fortes NAO+ se produisent lors des phases de d\u00e9clin de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 solaire et non pendant le maximum solaire \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;un d\u00e9calage de 2 \u00e0 4 ans en moyenne.
