Solution ou illusion ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Google mise sur la fabrication et la commercialisation massive de la viande artificielle produite \u00e0 partir de cellules souches animales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Google innove et finance des programmes de fabrication et commercialisation de viande in vitro, plus couramment appel\u00e9e viande artificielle. En 2013 la firme avait financ\u00e9 les travaux de Mark Post, un scientifique n\u00e9erlandais qui avait r\u00e9ussit l\u2019exploit de cr\u00e9er un steak artificiel \u00e0 partir de cellules souches de muscle de b\u0153uf. Pour fabriquer cette viande artificielle, un pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement de muscle est effectu\u00e9 sous anesth\u00e9sie locale sur le donneur et mise en culture. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les experts, le go\u00fbt de la viande de synth\u00e8se ne r\u00e9serverait pas de surprise et serait tr\u00e8s proche de celui de la viande traditionnelle.
