Si cette distance la rend absolument inatteignable avec la technologie actuelle, elle reste bien plus proche que les autres exoplan\u00e8tes d\u00e9couvertes jusqu&rsquo;ici. Vue sa taille, elle est tr\u00e8s probablement rocheuse comme la Terre. Mieux encore, son orbite se trouve dans la zone habitable -o\u00f9 il fait ni trop chaud, ni trop froid- de Kepler 62, une \u00e9toile plus petite, plus p\u00e2le et moins chaude que notre Soleil. En clair, la plan\u00e8te pourrait poss\u00e9der des oc\u00e9ans.
