C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;id\u00e9e derri\u00e8re le dernier projet de l&rsquo;architecte belge Vincent Callebaut, Hyp\u00e9rions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Imagin\u00e9 \u00e0 Jaypee Sports City, une ville proche de New Delhi en Inde dont la construction a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en 2011, le projet de l&rsquo;architecte belge imagine une structure autosuffisante et \u00e9cologique. D\u00e9couvrez ci-dessous les images d&rsquo;Hyp\u00e9rions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hyp\u00e9rion est un des Titans grecs, assimil\u00e9 au Soleil. C&rsquo;est \u00e9galement l&rsquo;arbre le plus haut du monde, un s\u00e9quoia \u00e0 feuilles d&rsquo;If de 115 m\u00e8tres de haut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sur les parcelles cultivables, la production de fruits et l\u00e9gumes bio peut atteindre 20 kg par an.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les tours sont construites avec du bois (et de l&rsquo;acier b\u00e9ton pour les fondations).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La structure \u00e9conomise 2 tonnes de CO2 par m\u00e8tre cube de bois. Sur la totalit\u00e9 de la structure, 75 % des mat\u00e9riaux sont bio-sourc\u00e9s.<br \/>\nPour produire de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable, le quartier est entour\u00e9 de lampadaires \u00e9oliens et les murs sont cribl\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0d&rsquo;\u00e9cailles photovolta\u00efques et thermiques\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au sommet et \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, plusieurs esp\u00e8ces de poissons et molusques vivent dans des bassins d&rsquo;\u00e9levage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leurs d\u00e9jections sont utilis\u00e9es comme engrais. L&rsquo;eau est \u00e9conomis\u00e9e \u00e0 90 % gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des stations de pompage et d&rsquo;\u00e9puration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au seuil des tours, incubateurs d&rsquo;entreprises, laboratoires, espaces de co-working.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais \u00e9galement appartements, dont r\u00e9sidences \u00e9tudiantes, donnant sur des balcons
