Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un deuxi\u00e8me record en six ans. La surface de la banquise arctique a atteint un niveau historiquement bas (3,41 millions de km\u00b2) le 16 septembre dernier, pulv\u00e9risant le record pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de septembre 2007 (4,17 millions de km\u00b2).
